Shortly after receiving your information form, we will email you our informational welcome packet based on the cuttable space provided by you.

3. The follow up

Our team will email you the informational welcome packet and if you decide to move forward we just ask of you to respond to the email advising.

4. Database

Once you (the customer) decides to sign on we will email you informing you that you have been successfully added to the database and we will also inform you of the day your lawn technicians will be in your area.

5. First visit

We’ll follow up with you to make sure you’re completely satisfied and ask of you to review our company if you don’t mind.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you bill per service visit?

Absolutely Not. We do not bill in advance and only bill monthly on the 15th of each month.

What are my payment options?

We will bill you via Invoice2go or Quickbooks. From there you can pay your invoice securely by debit card, credit card or PayPal. We also accept Venmo, Cash or Check.

How long will it take to see a difference in my lawn?

From the maintenance standpoint you will see a difference with the very first visit. As for the treatments it really all depends on what stage and or time of the year you sign on with our company.

We are planning a party, selling our property etc. can my lawn be fixed in a month?

Absolutely Not. We refuse to make false promises to our customer base. In times some lawns can be corrected in 4 months and in some cases it can take 2 years. Just please understand it took time for your lawn to need correcting so it will take time to fix it.

What type of products will be used in my lawn?

Our commercial supplier of choice is SiteOne which carries Lesco products, so those are the products you can expect to see being used.

What if my lawn didn’t get serviced on my schedule day?

Other than a rain delay or a very rare unforeseen circumstance we should never miss a scheduled cut. In the case of a delay we will always be out the following day. If you are looking at your lawn and do not believe someone has been out please call us within 48 hours of your scheduled cut so we may investigate the issue and get it resolved immediately.

If I have a service concern how do I communicate it?

There are a number of ways for a customer to communicate any and all concerns or questions.

We encourage you to NOT try and communicate your needs with our field staff while at your home because they oftentimes do not have the ability to notate your account and oftentimes this will create an issue down the road, however, you are more than welcome to do so and we will always do our very best to ensure your needs are met.

Does someone need to be home on my service day?

Nobody has to be home when your lawn is mowed. All we need is access to all areas of your property that have grass.

How is pricing determined?

Our service prices are based on the size of your lawn. We use software that is based on google maps and allows us to measure the square footage of your cuttable space. The lower the square footage, the lower your price. Our minimum price starts at 5000 sq. ft. and goes up to 20,000 sq. ft.
